Church Street, Peterborough – Crestel Projects’ bespoke new build development featuring executive family homes with traditional design and luxury finishes
Crestel Projects undertook an ambitious new build development on Church Street in Peterborough, delivering a collection of high-end executive homes. The project involved acquiring the land without prior planning consent and successfully obtaining the necessary approvals to construct two luxurious 4,000 sq ft executive homes and one three-bedroom detached property. The development was meticulously designed to complement the existing streetscape, blending seamlessly with the character of the area while offering modern, premium-quality living spaces.
Scope of Work
The project commenced with the full demolition of three industrial units and a small office block that previously occupied the site. Given the land’s former use as a vehicle repair facility, Crestel carried out a reduced dig for remediation purposes, ensuring the site was environmentally safe and fully prepared for residential construction.
Once the site was cleared and remediated, construction began on the three new homes. The properties were built using traditional brickwork, paired with natural slate roofs and stone accents, creating a timeless, elegant aesthetic.
